Instead of the usual roll, we take thin pita bread, which completely seals the filling, and it will not fall out of it. We use sausages as a filling, for juiciness we take a tomato, for spiciness - Korean carrots. Also be sure to supplement it with sauces. The finished hot dog is fried on the grill, which makes it not only beautiful, but also crispy, fragrant and appetizing.

Lavash - 200 g (1 pack)

Tomato - 1 pc.

Carrots in Korean - 150 g

Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp.

Ketchup - 5 tbsp.

Mustard - 2 tsp

Butter - 10 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

1. First of all, fry the sausages until a light brown crust appears. If you fry them on an electric grill, then you do not need to use oil. It is not worth frying sausages strongly, they should remain juicy and soft.

2. Cut long pita bread into rectangular pieces of the same size. I got 5 copies. Lay them flat on your work surface. Perform all processes as quickly as possible so that the pita bread does not have time to dry out, soft pita bread will be easier to roll into a roll. On one side of the pita bread, make a strip of mayonnaise, leaving some free space on the sides. For one copy, I used 1 tbsp. mayonnaise without a slide.

3. Place the fried sausage on top of the mayonnaise. I made two hot dogs with two sausages, the rest with one. Top sausages with ketchup and mustard. The amount of mustard is best determined independently, based on personal preferences. And if the dish will be eaten by children, then you can not use mustard at all.

4. Cut the tomato into thin slices, distribute them between all the blanks, placing them on top of the sausages.

5. Next, lay the Korean-style carrots, which you can cook yourself or purchase the finished product in the store.

6. Salt and pepper the filling a little, then wrap the sides, roll into rolls as tightly as possible. Instances with two sausages will turn out a little wider.

7. Place the blanks on a dry grill, fry for two minutes, then brush the surface with butter, so the products will get a beautiful, shiny and golden brown. Fry hot dogs in pita bread on the grill for 3-5 minutes over high heat.

8. Serve the dish on the table while the filling inside remains warm.
