Salsa with peaches: suitable for the festive table

Salsa is a kind of sauce that is prepared from vegetables and fruits with the addition of various herbs (celery, mint, cilantro, etc.) and an invariable component - hot chili pepper. Today I added a juicy peach, the sauce acquired a pleasant aroma, delicate sweetness and a soft texture.

Wash and clean all vegetables. Scoop out the pulp and seeds from the tomato. Remove the pits from the peaches. Wash greens and pat dry with paper towels.

Tomato - 1 pc.

Sweet pepper - 1 pc.

Fresh chili pepper - 0.5 pcs.

Sugar - 1 pinch

Salt - 1 pinch

Fresh parsley - 5 branches

Fresh cilantro - 4 branches

Green onion - 5 feathers

Onion - 1 pc.

Refined olive oil - 2 tbsp.

Balsamic dark vinegar - 2 tsp

1. Wash and clean all vegetables. Scoop out the pulp and seeds from the tomato. Remove the pits from the peaches. Wash greens and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Cut all vegetables and peaches into small cubes. Chop the greens smaller. Add chili pepper to your liking.

3. Gently mix, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and sugar. Mix again and send to the refrigerator to brew for an hour.
