Green salad "Brush"

A simple salad recipe "Brush" of celery, cabbage, cucumber and apple is ideal for weight loss. Eat instead of dinner.

Salad "Brush" - great for cleansing the body, due to its composition and high fiber content. It can also be served as a light snack with meat or fish. All products are usually always in the refrigerator. In winter, it will come in handy - vitamins, after all. Cooking won't take long.

White cabbage - 100 g

Cucumber - 1 pc.

Celery - 1 stalk

Apple - 0.5 pcs.

Refueling:

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Soy sauce - 1 tsp

Sugar - a pinch

Rice vinegar (apple) - 1 tsp

Salt - to taste

1. First, prepare the dressing. Mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce and a pinch of sugar. Mix everything lightly with a teaspoon until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. Add what you lack - salt, sugar or acid.

2. Shred the cabbage very finely. Cucumber (small) cut into cubes or strips.

3. Transfer the cabbage to a salad bowl and mash with a pinch of salt.

4. Add chopped cucumber.

5. Chop the stalk celery. Cut half of a sweet and sour apple into strips.

6. Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl and pour over the dressing.

7. Green salad "Brush" serve immediately. Bon appetit!
