Prepare the necessary ingredients for tangerine tea with ginger, mint and honey and let's start cooking! Boil water in a kettle.

Mandarin - 1-2 pcs.
Ginger root - 0.5 tsp
Black tea (large) - 1 tbsp.
Flower honey - 2-3 tbsp. (taste)
Boiling water - 1 l
Mint - 2-3 stems

1. Pour black tea into the teapot (I use large-leaf tea). Peel part of the ginger root, rinse and cut into slices in a container. You can grate it on a grater with small cells. Do not add a lot of ginger, as the drink will be bitter!
2. Peel the mandarin, carefully remove the white layer and divide the fruit into slices. Remove the bones from the slices, if any. Cut into pieces and add to container.
3. Rinse the mint stems, pluck the leaves and add to the teapot.
4. Pour boiling water into the container and close the container with a lid.
5. Leave to steam for 10 minutes, then lightly crush all the ingredients with a press so that the tangerine slices release the juice.
6. Pour hot tangerine tea into cups, glasses and serve hot.
