1. Before cooking a steak (any), it must be taken out of the refrigerator and allowed to lie at room temperature for at least 20 minutes before it is cooked. Pat the steak dry with a paper towel.

2. Lightly brush it with olive oil on both sides. Again, let it rest for 20 minutes before cooking.

3. During this time, prepare an oriental-style salad with grilled vegetables. Prepare all necessary products.

4. Pour boiling water over the couscous 1 cm above the grits, cover with a lid, let stand for 10-15 minutes. Chickpeas open, drain the liquid.

5. Wash vegetables, dry, cut into slices. Mushrooms cut into two parts.

6. Fry on both sides in a grill pan to the desired degree of roasting.

7. Transfer to a deep bowl. Circles of vegetables and mushrooms can be cut into halves.

8. Wash wild garlic, dry, chop, add to salad (or add garlic).

9. Prepare dressing. Mix soy sauce, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Dress the salad, salt and pepper to taste.

10. Mix well, taste, if something is missing - feel free to add. Let the vegetables marinate for 5-8 minutes.

11. Add couscous and chickpeas, chop the greens, mix the salad well.

12. At the request of my son, today I cooked his steak to medium doneness. Preheat the pan, fry the steak for 3 minutes on each side, and again - 2 minutes on each side.

13. Remove the steak from the stove, season with medium sea salt and pepper.

14. Cover with food foil, let the steak rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.

15. Serve teebone steak with grilled vegetable salad. Equally delicious with red wine and beer.
