Processed cheese - 100 g

Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.

Capers - 1 tbsp

Salt - optional

Pepper - taste

Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Fresh greens - for garnish

Рецепт

1. Prepare the products according to the list. Take the number of eggs based on the diameter of the dish on which you will serve the snack. Wash fresh herbs and pat dry.

2. Put chicken eggs to boil. After boiling water, cook for no longer than 10 minutes, cool, peel. Cut each egg lengthwise into two halves.

3. Carefully separate the yolks, transfer them to a deep bowl, add the broken processed cheese.

4. Finely chop the capers with a knife, transfer to a bowl with the yolks, add mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper to taste. The filling must be mixed until a homogeneous paste, it is convenient to do this even with a fork. Now taste it, salt if necessary, depending on the capers. By the way, if you are unlucky with the color of the yolks, do not rush to get upset, add a pinch of turmeric for a beautiful yellow color.

5. Transfer the filling to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

6. Generously fill each half of the chicken protein with the prepared stuffing.

7. Cut salted salmon fillet into large cubes, put in the center of each half of the egg, garnish with a leaf of fresh herbs.

8. Serve stuffed eggs with salted salmon on the festive table as a cold appetizer.

Bon appetit!
