Canape "Caesar" with chicken

This canape is for Caesar salad lovers, and if you are planning a buffet party, then this recipe is for you.

Everything is prepared in almost the same way as in a salad, only served in mini portions. You can buy the sauce ready-made or cook it yourself, you can also lightly rub the croutons with garlic and grease with your favorite mayonnaise.

White bread - 4-5 slices

Chicken fillet - 200 g

Cherry tomatoes - 150 g

Parmesan grated - 30 g

Sauce "Caesar" - 2 tablespoons

Lettuce - 50 g

Salt and pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

1. Cut circles out of bread with a small glass, dry them in a dry frying pan until they become croutons.

2. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices, salt and pepper, fry in a minimum amount of vegetable oil until golden brown, 3-4 minutes on each side.

3. Transfer the croutons to a cutting board, lightly grease them with sauce.

4. Sprinkle each toast with grated Parmesan.

5. Tear the lettuce with your hands, put a few pieces on each serving. Lettuce is better to use "iceberg" or "ice".

6. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, put on top of the salad.

7. Put a cherry tomato on a skewer and fasten the entire structure with it. Tomatoes can be used as a half, or as a whole, if they are small.

8. Serve the finished Caesar canape with chicken immediately after cooking, while the toast is crispy and the chicken has not had time to wind.

Great snack for the teeth.
