Wheat flour - 100 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Chili pepper - 0.25-1 tsp (taste)
Ground black pepper - 2-3 pinches
Dried garlic - 1 tsp
Dried onions - 1 tsp
Dried parsley - 1 tsp
Barbecue sauce - 200 ml
Honey (liquid) - 100 ml
Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp. (optional)

1. To cook barbecue wings in the oven, prepare the ingredients according to the list.
2. Wash and dry the chicken wings.
3. In a separate container, combine wheat flour and spices: salt, paprika, chili pepper, ground black pepper, dried garlic, onion and parsley. Mix well.
4. Alternately dip the chicken wings in the flour and spice mixture on both sides.
5. And put on a greased baking rack. Place a baking sheet under the rack, into which the juice released during baking will drain.
6. If desired, drizzle the wings with a little vegetable oil.
7. Place the prepared wings in an oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Then turn the wings over and bake for another 20 minutes on the other side.
9. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Mix barbecue sauce and honey in proportions of 2:1. You can use homemade sauce or ready-made, store-bought.
10. Dip the browned wings into the sauce on both sides and place in the oven for another 5-10 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees, so that the sauce is slightly caramelized and tightly wrapped around the wings.
