These pancakes are so easy and quick to make that you want to make them every day. Even a child can handle cooking.

The pancakes are not too sweet and are lightly flavored with vanilla. They are tasty and easily adapt to what you have in your kitchen.


You can add fruits to your taste: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas. You can add maple syrup or condensed milk.

Flour - 195 gr

Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

Baking powder - 1 tbsp. l.

Salt - ½ - 1/4 tsp. taste

Milk - 1.25 tbsp. ( 295 ml)

Large egg - 1 pc.

Butter - 4 tbsp. l.

Vanilla extract - 1 tsp or a pinch of vanilla

Dough:

1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.

2. Heat the milk in the microwave or on the stove until warm, not hot.

3. Beat milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla extract with a mixer or whisk until completely mixed.

4. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, pour the milk mixture into the well and stir with a fork until the lumps of flour disappear. If there are small lumps in the dough - do not worry - it is important not to mix the dough.

Pancakes:

1. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.

2. Lightly grease the pan with melted butter (this is not necessary if you have a high-quality non-stick pan).

3. Put the dough in small portions into the pan.

4. As soon as we see that the edges are browned and bubbles begin to form and burst on the top surface of the pancake, turn over, this takes about 2 minutes. After turning over, cook for another 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately with warm syrup, butter and berries.
