If you are planning friendly gatherings, then try to surprise your guests with these unusual croutons. They are well suited for beer and other drinks, they are willingly eaten by children. No matter how many you make, the plate will be empty very quickly. Bon appetit!

To prepare croutons, you need to take a sheet of Armenian lavash, crab sticks, soft processed cheese (I have Creamy), dill, eggs, wheat flour, deodorized sunflower oil and garlic.

Armenian lavash - 1 piece;

Soft processed cheese "Creamy" - 200 grams;

Garlic - 3 cloves;

Crab sticks - 100 grams;

Dill greens - 0.5 bunches;

Deodorized sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs;

Wheat flour - 1 teaspoon.

Рецепт

1. Release the crab sticks from the cellophane packaging and finely chop.

2. Peel the garlic cloves from the dry shell and grate on a fine grater.

3. Put the cheese in a bowl and add garlic to it.

4. Mix the mass well.

5. Wash the dill greens in running water, dry and finely chop.

6. Cut pita bread into 4 equal rectangles (fold in half, cut, and then fold each half in half again and cut). Spread melted cheese on one layer.

7. Sprinkle cheese with dill.

8. Top with crab sticks.

9. Close the sticks with a second layer of pita bread.

10. Repeat filling with filling on the second and third layers. Finally close the fourth layer and press.

11. With a sharp knife, cut the resulting briquette into small pieces.

12. Add flour to the eggs.

13. Beat the mass lightly.

14. Semi-finished toast plentifully dip into the egg mass and fry in oil on both sides until browned.
