Flour - 1 tbsp.
Chicken breast without skin and bones - 4 pcs.
Melted butter - 2 tbsp.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Champignons - 230 gr
Garlic - 2 cloves
Marsala wine - ¾ tbsp.
Heavy cream 20-30% - ½ tbsp.
Chicken broth - ¾ tbsp.
Freshly chopped parsley - 2 tbsp. l.
Freshly ground black pepper

1. In a shallow bowl, season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the 1cm thick chicken in flour.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter and olive oil. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and place on a clean plate.
3. Prepare the marsala sauce: Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter in the same pan and add the sliced mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are golden and liquid is released, about 6 to 8 minutes (if skillet is too dry, add a little olive oil). Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then season with salt.
4. Add marsala, chicken broth, heavy cream and chopped parsley and bring to a boil.
5. Return the chicken to the pan and coat the chicken with the sauce on top as well. Simmer until chicken is tender, about 10 minutes.
