1. Prepare all products for smoothies. I added extra parsley and some lettuce as I am making a savory smoothie. If you prefer sweet options, add some honey to the finished drink.
2. Cut the apple into cubes. I prefer not to peel the apple.
3. Peel the kiwi. First, cut it in half, and then cut the halves of the fruit into cubes.
4. Put the chopped apples and kiwi into the blender.
5. We punch fruits in mashed potatoes.
6. Peel the celery stalk, cut into strips, chop lettuce leaves and parsley.
7. Add fresh herbs to the blender bowl.
8. Again we test the ingredients of the smoothie in the puree. Then do as you please. You can add ice or some still mineral water to the smoothie if you don't like thick smoothies. You can add salt, sugar, honey, to your taste. I added 100 ml of mineral water.
9. Celery, apple and kiwi smoothie is ready. These ingredients made two glasses of smoothie. If you are making this drink only for yourself, then it is better to prepare it at a time, you should not store it in the refrigerator, although you can.
