Cake "Napoleon" with condensed milk

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a very tasty and tender cake.

To prepare the Napoleon cake with condensed milk, we need wheat flour, butter, condensed milk, chicken eggs, sugar and salt.

Wheat flour - 600 g

Butter - 350 g

Condensed milk - 300 g

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Sugar sand - 60 g

Salt - a pinch

Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp.

Water - 150 ml

1. In a clean glass or bowl, break the eggs and add a pinch of salt.

2. Mix everything together with sugar and pour in cold water with vinegar. Mix and set aside.

3. Cut cold butter (250 g) into small cubes. Sift the flour on the table and lay out the cubes of butter.

4. Then, using a knife, chop the butter with flour into small crumbs.

5. From the resulting crumbs, make a small indentation and pour in the egg mixture little by little.

6. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.

7. After a while, we take out the dough and divide it into equal parts. Then we roll each part into balls and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

8. Cream for cake "Napoleon" with condensed milk. For cream, take condensed milk and add 100 g of butter at room temperature to it. We mix everything until a homogeneous consistency.

9. We set the oven to warm up to 220-230 degrees. Sprinkle parchment paper lightly with flour, lay out the ball and press it down a little with a rolling pin. Then roll out the dough into a thin crust. Put a bowl on the cake and cut out the cake. Carefully remove the plate and prick the cake with a fork in different places. We do not remove the trimmings, we will also bake them, we will need them to decorate the cake.

10. Bake the cakes for 5-7 minutes at a temperature of 220-230 degrees in the oven until golden brown.

11. When all the cakes have been baked, we begin to collect the cake. Put the cake on a plate and grease it with cream over the entire surface.

12. Then we spread the second cake on top of it and also lubricate it with cream. We do this procedure with all the cakes. Lubricate the last cake too.

13. Grind the cake cuts with your hands and sprinkle the cake with them. We remove the cake for impregnation for 7-12 hours in the refrigerator.
