Pasta is an extremely popular product. They can be served simply with butter, fried with an egg, and a meat side dish can be prepared for them. Today we are cooking spaghetti with chicken meatballs in tomato sauce. The dish is dietary, but tasty.

Chicken mince - 600 g
Mix of herbs, salt, pepper - to taste
Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Tomatoes in their own juice - 1 can
Celery - 2-3 pcs.
Olives - 15-20 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves

1. Minced chicken mixed with spices, salt, pepper. We form small meatballs. Lay out on a baking sheet lined with foil. You can not cover it with anything, but I am such a lazy housewife that I don’t want to wash the baking sheet later :-) All the juice that forms during the cooking process remains on the foil, and the baking sheet is clean!
We bake meatballs in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
2. In the meantime, the meatballs are in the oven, let's not waste time - prepare the sauce. Finely chop the carrot, onion and garlic, fry. Add chopped celery and sweet pepper, fry for just a minute. Then add tomatoes in their own juice and chopped olives. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
3. In the meantime, meatballs are ready. Put them in a bowl with sauce. Salt if necessary.
4. Simmer for a couple more minutes. All is ready!
5. Boil spaghetti in salted water, drain the water and mix them with the sauce.
