French omelet with zucchini

It would seem that it could be easier than an omelette for breakfast! I agree, an omelette is both quick and satisfying, and very tasty!

Let's prepare the ingredients for making an omelet. You should choose a young zucchini. Vegetable oil can be replaced with butter, you can add to an omelette and a couple of tablespoons of cream or milk, if desired. The number of products is indicated for 1 serving.

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Zucchini - 1 pc. (small) (70-80 g)

Flour - 1 tbsp

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

1. If the zucchini is not young and has a rough skin, remove it first. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater.

2. Put the zucchini pulp in a bowl, add the eggs.

3. Salt and pepper the omelette mass.

4. Add flour to the bowl.

5. Mix well with a fork all the ingredients of the omelet mixture.

6. Put a non-stick pan on the fire and heat the oil on it. You can use butter, you can take vegetable. Pour the omelet mass into the pan, reduce the heat to a minimum.

7. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelette on one side for 5-6 minutes.

8. The omelet will look like this, slightly increased in size.

9. Gently turn the omelet over to the second side. Cover the pan with a lid again and cook the omelette for another 5 minutes.

10. Serve the finished French omelette with zucchini hot with sour cream and fresh vegetables.
