Kefir - 1 cup

Soda - 1 tsp

8. Add vegetable oil to the liquid, stir until smooth.

9. The dough for pancakes is ready! It turns out quite liquid.

10. For baking pancakes with holes in kefir and milk, heat the pan well, for the first one, you can grease it with a little oil.

11. Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown and brown.
