The recipe for delicious and fairly easy-to-prepare cottage cheese muffins in silicone molds with the addition of yogurt, prunes and raisins.

There are many varieties of cottage cheese muffins and all are good in their own way. I suggest you bake portioned curd muffins on yogurt. Yogurt can be taken drinking with any taste. I also added dried prunes and some raisins to these cupcakes. Great cake for tea or coffee! Cupcakes are perfect for a family tea party.
Cottage cheese cupcakes on yogurt

Cottage cheese soft - 200 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 110 g
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Drinking yogurt - 80 ml
Dried prunes - 40 g
Raisins - 20 g
Powdered sugar - for sprinkling

1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add an egg to it and grind it with a fork.
2. Pour in the yogurt and mix well.
3. Pour sugar into a bowl.
4. Next, sift the flour with baking powder.
5. Add washed and steamed raisins and prunes, cut into pieces, into the dough.
6. Put the dough into molds - just above half. I decided to place additional large pieces of prunes in the center. They need to be "drowned" in the dough.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake cupcakes for 35-40 minutes. The surface should be well browned.
8. Cool the finished cupcakes, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
