Instant Korean style zucchini slices

In many cuisines of the world, it is customary to eat zucchini raw, as they contain a huge amount of nutrients that our body needs so much. They are lightly seasoned with oil, lemon juice, and all other ingredients depend on tastes and regions. Today we will cook instant Korean-style zucchini in circles, a dish popular in Asian countries.

Young zucchini - 300 g

Salt - 0.5 tsp

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Soy sauce -2 tbsp.

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Ginger (root) - 1 cm

Dill - 4 sprigs

Garlic - 1-2 cloves

1. Cut the zucchini into thin circles, grate the carrots for Korean carrots. Put the vegetables in a deep bowl, season with sea salt.

2. Thoroughly mix the chopped vegetables, leave them to salt for 30 minutes. During this time, mix the contents of the bowl several times. Water will come out of the zucchini.

3. While the zucchini is salting, chop the dill and hot pepper to taste, crush the garlic with the back of the knife, peel the piece of ginger, cut into thin strips.

4. Mix odorless vegetable oil, soy sauce and lemon juice in a bowl. Lightly pepper the dressing.

5. Drain the water from the zucchini, if necessary, vegetables can be washed from salt residues, if it is large, put it in a colander. Add garlic, dill, ginger, hot pepper to zucchini with carrots.

6. Pepper the vegetables, there is no need to add salt to the dish, because the dressing contains soy sauce.

7. Stir the zucchini so that they marinate evenly, leave them for 20-30 minutes. During this time, stir the contents of the bowl a few more times.

8. After 30 minutes, try the zucchini - if the taste of the finished dish suits you, drain the marinade, put the vegetables on a plate and serve.

9. Instant Korean zucchini slices are ready. Serve as an appetizer with any meat dish.
