Argentinean Milanesa is a schnitzel made with chicken fillet or beef. The dish is very similar to our chop, the only difference is that the meat is not beaten, and the batter is cooked with aromatic herbs and garlic.

To prepare the Argentinean Milanesa, we need: chicken fillet, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, flour, breadcrumbs and vegetable oil (for frying). Cut the fillet into thin pieces. From a 400 g fillet, 6 schnitzels are obtained.

1. Beat eggs, add salt, black pepper, a mixture of aromatic herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano), squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic.
2. Shake well.
3. Roll chicken fillet in flour, then dip in batter.
4. And breaded in breadcrumbs. I cook crackers myself from gray bread with bran.
5. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
6. Put the finished schnitzels on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
7. Serve Argentine Milanesa with salad, mashed potatoes, or make a sandwich with your favorite sauce, tomato and egg, like I have. Schnitzel is very aromatic and tasty.
