Ингредиенты

Main:

Thick boneless pork chops - 4 pcs.

Flour - 100 gr

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Panko breadcrumbs - 100 gr

Vegetable oil for frying

For sauce:

Ketchup - 2 tbsp. l.

Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp. l.

Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp. l.

Powdered sugar - 2 tsp

Рецепт

1. Remove a large piece of fat from the edge of each pork loin, then beat each loin between two pieces of baking parchment to a thickness of about 1 cm.

2. Place flour, eggs (beat with a fork) and breadcrumbs in three separate wide-rimmed bowls. Season the meat, then roll first in flour, then in eggs, then in breadcrumbs.

3. Pour enough oil into a large frying pan or stewpan so that it is 2 cm above the edge of the pan. Heat the oil to 180 degrees, if there is no thermometer, throw some breadcrumbs into the oil, if they settle a little and start to fry, the oil is ready. Add two pork chops and cook until golden and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side, then remove and leave on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.

4. While the pork is resting, prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients together, adding a little water if it is thick. Slice the tonkatsu and serve with a drizzle of sauce.
