Onion - 1 pc.
Oat flakes - 70 g
Milk - 150 ml
Salt, pepper - to taste
Flour (for breading) - 3-4 tbsp.

1. Pour oatmeal into a deep plate and pour hot milk for 20 minutes. During this time, the flakes will swell and cool.
2. Put the minced turkey in a bowl, salt and pepper, mix well.
3. Peel the onion and chop finely. Add the onion to the minced meat along with the flakes. If there is suddenly a lot of milk, the flakes should be squeezed out so that the minced meat is not liquid.
4. Stir the minced meat thoroughly.
5. Pour flour onto a flat plate or plank. With wet hands form patties from minced meat and roll them in flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the patties. Fry turkey cutlets with oatmeal over medium heat on both sides. Optionally, after you fry all the cutlets, they can be returned to the pan, add 50-100 ml of hot water from the kettle and boil for several minutes. So you get a sauce that you can pour over any side dish, serving it along with cutlets.
