Кухня: Korean, домашние заготовки, калории: 75, время приготовления: 01:10

Ингредиенты

White cabbage - 350 g

Carrot - 1 pc.

Beets - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Ground coriander - 1/3 tsp

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp

Water - 200-250 ml

Рецепт

1. Prepare the right ingredients for making delicious Korean-style spicy cabbage with beets for the winter.

2. Wash the white cabbage and cut into large enough pieces, put in a deep bowl.

3. Peel and grate the carrots - on a regular or special one, for Korean snacks. Place in bowl with cabbage.

4. Peel, wash and grate on the same grater and beets, put in a bowl.

5. Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a special press. If there is no such press at hand, you can use an ordinary sharp knife - just finely crumble the cloves. Mix everything.

6. In another bowl, mix the ingredients for the marinade - salt, sugar, coriander, vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar.

7. Pour boiling water into a bowl and stir everything. You can do it differently - mix all the ingredients with water and bring to a boil in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.

8. Carefully load the prepared vegetables into a sterile jar, shake the container so that the pieces fit more compactly.

9. Pour vegetables with prepared marinade to the very top of the jar. You can roll up such an appetizer in small jars - 300 or 500 ml each.

10. Cover the jar with a sterile lid and send it to be sterilized in a pot of water. At the bottom of the pan, you can lay a piece of cloth so that there is no direct contact between glass and metal.

11. After 20 minutes, carefully remove the jar from the water, screw the lid on until it stops and turn the jar upside down. Leave in this position until completely cooled.

12. For the winter, place Korean-style cabbage with beets in a dark, cool place. Until the right time...

Bon appetit!
