This sauce can be of different consistency, so here at your request - if you like a homogeneous texture, then you can use a blender, if it is heterogeneous, then it will be enough to knead the sauce with a fork, finely chopping only the tomato and greens.
The main ingredient in the sauce is avocado, it is important that it is ripe and soft, otherwise the sauce simply will not work.
After cooking, immediately add lemon juice so that the sauce does not begin to change color, darken.

Tomato - 1 pc.
Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 30 ml
Onion - half
cilantro - 2 sprigs
Garlic - 2 cloves
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
