There are dozens of variations of this drink, I want to share with you my favorite - a recipe for Viennese coffee with whipped cream and chocolate.

Flavored with spices and spices, flavored with chocolate, wrapped in a fluffy cream cap of whipped cream - this is not just coffee, but a real delicacy!

Ground coffee - to taste

Water - to taste

Sugar - to taste

Cream - to taste (30-50 ml)

Dark chocolate - 1-3 pieces

Optional (optional):

Cinnamon - 0.5-1 stick

Allspice - 1-3 peas

Cardamom - 1-3 boxes

Vanilla - to taste (for whipping cream)

Powdered sugar - to taste (for whipping cream)

1. To make Viennese coffee, we need: natural ground coffee, sugar, water, ground or whole spices, whipped cream and, if desired, a few pieces of dark dark chocolate.

2. Brew strong delicious coffee to your liking. For me, this is: 3 heaping teaspoons of good ground coffee, a few peas of allspice, a cinnamon stick and two or three boxes of cardamom. Pour in water, stir and bring to a boil. Add sugar as desired.

3. Place 1-2 pieces of dark chocolate on the bottom of the coffee cup. The cup can be preheated by rinsing with boiling water or holding it over boiling water.

4. Add hot coffee, filling the cup halfway or 2/3 full.

5. Add cream. Options are possible here: you can add regular or whipped cream.

6. Viennese coffee is ready. If desired, you can sprinkle the drink with grated chocolate, cinnamon or cocoa.
