Warm salads are both a side dish and an appetizer in one dish! They are extremely popular for romantic evenings when paired with a glass of delicious sparkling wine. In addition, such dishes are prepared much faster than other meat snacks, so you can visit your friends and family with them in 15-20 minutes!
Warm salad with chicken liver and vegetables

Chicken liver - 200 g
Bulgarian pepper - 100 g
Green string beans - 100 g
Salt - 3 pinches
Vegetable oil - 20 ml
Sesame seeds - for sprinkling
Lettuce leaves - 2-3 pcs.
Рецепт
1. Wash the chicken liver in water and lightly dry with a paper towel. You can also use pork offal, as well as beef, but they will first need to be soaked in milk to bring down the bitterness.
2. Heat half the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the liver in it for 2-3 minutes on each side.
3. Peel the bell peppers and green beans. You can also use frozen products. Most importantly, choose a different color scheme - so the salad will look more festive!
4. Wash the pan after frying the liver and heat the vegetable oil on it again. Fry the vegetables in it for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Put green lettuce leaves on a plate.
6. Put the fried vegetables on them.
7. Add vegetables with fried offal.
8. Salt the salad and garnish with sesame seeds.
