Oven-cooked champignon skewers are one of my family's favorite dishes. Fortunately, champignons are now sold all year round and you can cook them in the form of kebabs at any time you want. These kebabs can be served as a hot appetizer or as an independent dish, or as a side dish for meat or fish dishes.

Mustard - 1 tsp

Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.

Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Sea salt - to taste

Pepper - taste

Bacon - 50 g

1. Clean the mushrooms with a hard kitchen sponge, put in a deep bowl, add sour cream, mustard, soy sauce, pepper, lemon juice and aromatic herbs. You can add a little sea salt if you like.

2. Cut the onion into rings, add to the mushrooms. Stir the mushrooms so that they are completely covered with the marinade, leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

3. At this time, cut the bacon as you like, I like it in small strips.

4. Moisten the skewers in water, then you need to string mushrooms on them, alternating with onions and bacon. Bake the mushroom skewers in an oven preheated to 180 degrees under the top grill for 15-20 minutes.

5. Hot, juicy and delicious mushroom skewers are ready.
