A popular appetizer made from lavash and red fish. I like this cooking method because with a small amount of fish, it turns out to wrap a large roll. The filling is distributed evenly throughout the pita bread, soaks it well, and the finished roll is cut without problems, it turns out even and beautiful. Any red fish is suitable for this roll, I take slices of lightly salted pink salmon, sometimes chum salmon.
