Salad with duck breast and vegetables

Today we are preparing a salad with duck and vegetables, which we consider dietary due to the ingredients that make up the salad.

Ингредиенты

Duck breast - 200 gr.

Lettuce leaves - 100 gr.

Cherry tomatoes - 12 pcs.

Lemon - 0.5 pcs.

Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Grainy mustard - 1 tbsp. l.

Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.

Salt - to taste

1. First, boil the duck breast, rinsing it under water in advance and removing the skin. Pour water into the pan, salt, add the fillet and cook for an hour and a half over medium heat, removing the foam from time to time.

2. The breast, which was cooked, is cut into large pieces.

3. Wash the mix of lettuce leaves and dry thoroughly, then tear them into large pieces with your hands.

4. Also rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them into halves or quarters.

5. Rinse the lemon and carefully cut into slices.

6. For dressing, in a separate bowl, mix olive oil, grainy mustard and wine vinegar. Mix everything well until smooth.

7. Now we collect the salad. Put lettuce leaves on a flat dish, then tomatoes and breast. We fold the lemon slices in the form of roses and decorate the salad on top. Add seasoning and salt to taste.
