For sauce:
Rice vinegar - 1/3 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp.
Roasted sesame oil - 1 tsp
Honey - 1.5 tbsp.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ginger - 2 tsp
Cornstarch - 1.5 tsp
For chicken:
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Chicken breast without bones and skin - 450 gr
Freshly ground black pepper
Roasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Chopped green onion, for garnish
Boiled white rice for serving
Steamed broccoli for serving

To prepare the sauce:
1. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, then add oil, honey, finely chopped garlic, chopped ginger and corn starch.
To prepare the chicken:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and almost done, about 10 minutes.
2. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens slightly and the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice and/or boiled broccoli.
