However, lemonade can also be useful if you make it yourself at home.
Nutritionists have revealed a recipe for a classic drink that requires quite simple ingredients: three hundred and fifty to four hundred milliliters of water, six lemons, three hundred grams of sugar, one and a half liters of cold water, and, if desired, ice and mint.
The course of action is as follows: juice is squeezed from lemons, water and sugar are mixed in a saucepan, heated over a fire.
The water must be constantly stirred until the sugar is completely dissolved, after which the resulting syrup cools for a quarter of an hour.
Then the cooled syrup is added to a bowl with one and a half liters of cold water,
Next comes the squeezed lemon juice. Then mix everything and put in the refrigerator. As mentioned, ice cubes and mint optional. Homemade lemonade is ready.
