Beans (dry) - 120 g

Mushrooms - 200 g

Bulgarian pepper (red) - 160 g

String beans - 150 g

Garlic (medium) - 1 clove

Onion - 150 g

Ground black pepper - to taste

Salt - to taste

Parsley - to taste

Olive oil - for frying

Рецепт

1. Finely chopped onion fry until soft.

2. Press the peeled garlic with the flat side of the knife, then finely chop and pour into the pan with onions.

3. Pepper cut into thin strips.

4. Mushrooms, in the original there were champignons, cut into slices. I have forest frozen ones, which I thawed in advance.

5. Add pepper strips and mushrooms to the pan, mix and fry for 1-2 minutes.

6. Then add the frozen green beans. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry over low heat for 5 minutes.

7. Add boiled beans and a little water, mix and simmer over low heat until the vegetables are ready. Sprinkle the finished bean salad with sweet peppers and mushrooms with finely chopped parsley.
