Oven-baked trout with potatoes and green beans is a tasty and satisfying dish that you can offer as lunch or dinner to your family and guests. This combination of ingredients gives just an excellent result, and as an addition, you can serve sauce, fresh vegetables or herbs, homemade pickles to the finished dish. I had a small trout, portioned, you can also use large fish, cutting it into steaks. It is better to use potatoes of a variety that quickly reaches readiness. As for spices, I suggest not to interrupt the taste of the fish - we will limit ourselves to salt and ground pepper.

Trout - 300 g

Potatoes - 4 pcs.

String beans - 200 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Lemon - 2 slices

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

1. Trout must be taken fresh, gutted, cleaned thoroughly, rinsed and dried.

2. Peel the potatoes and wash the tubers, cut into medium-sized pieces. Immediately turn on and heat the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

3. Transfer the potatoes into a mold, salt and pepper to your liking.

4. Add frozen green beans to the mold.

5. Put the trout on top of the vegetables, add a couple of lemon slices inside the fish. Season the fish with salt and pepper as well.

6. Pour everything a little with vegetable oil, seal the form with foil and send the trout with potatoes and green beans to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and cook the dish for another 7-10 minutes.
