Ингредиенты

Pelengas - 400 g

Zucchini - 1 pc.

Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.

Carrot - 1 pc.

Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pcs.

Garlic - 3 cloves

Onion - 100 g

Lean oil - 2 tbsp.

White wine vinegar - 2 tsp

Salt - to taste

Pepper - taste

Seasoning for fish - to taste

1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces, put them in a deep bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper, pour vegetable oil, sprinkle them a little with white wine vinegar. Mix well, set aside for now.

2. Clean the pelengas from scales, remove the insides, do not forget about the black film inside the belly, cut out the gills. Salt the fish, pepper inside and out, sprinkle with fish seasoning, drizzle with vinegar and oil. If the fish is large and long, cut it in half.

3. Line the form with foil, lay out the pickled vegetables.

4. Put the pieces of fish on top of the vegetables, send the form to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40 minutes.

5. Tasty and healthy pelengas with vegetables in the oven is ready.
