Pork pastrami can be cut into a festive table or made into a sandwich for breakfast. Such a pastrami can be used in a salad or pancake filling, in general, this delicious meat is suitable for absolutely everything. For pastrami, I took a lean piece of pork. I took the spices and adjusted to your taste. Most of all I liked the method of preparation, I will tell about it in the recipe. The meat was very soft and not dry.

Pork - 650 g
Garlic - 3 cloves
Table vinegar (9%) - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Spices - to taste

1. First you need to make a saline solution. For 1 liter of water - 3 tbsp. salt. Just dissolve salt in water.
2. Put the meat in a salt solution and leave for three hours.
3. Dry the meat on a towel.
4. For the marinade, I took the following spices: turmeric, zira, adjika, coriander, chili pepper, all - an incomplete teaspoon each.
5. Grate or finely chop the garlic, mix with spices, oil and vinegar.
6. Thoroughly coat the meat with marinade.
7. Wrap the meat first in paper and then wrap in foil.
8. Turn on the oven at 250-270 degrees and leave to heat up for 15 minutes, NOT LESS!!! Bake the meat for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave to cool completely, do not open the oven earlier. I put the meat in the fridge overnight and unwrapped it only in the morning. Cut home-cooked pork pastrami with a sharp knife and you can help yourself.
