Ингредиенты

Puff pastry (yeast-free) - 500 g

Cream cheese (processed) - 200 g

Frozen crab meat (or crab sticks) - 200 g

Greens (any) - to taste

1. Defrost the crab meat and dough in advance. You can roll out the dough a little (I don’t) and cut it into 5x5 cm squares.

2. Place the squares on a clean and dry baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until the layers are golden brown.

3. While the layers are baking, prepare the filling. Mash the cheese with a spoon until it is soft and smooth. Add finely chopped crab meat and mix gently.

4. Add finely chopped greens (I used green onions) and mix gently. The filling is ready.

5. Cool the finished cookies. Carefully divide each layer into two halves. Put a spoonful of filling on the bottom half and cover with the other half.

6. Snack layers with crab meat, processed cheese and greens are ready to eat.
