When choosing an alcoholic drink for a get-together with friends or for a party, opt for fruit sangria. The drink is medium-alcohol, colorful and very aromatic. Its strength can be adjusted to your taste by adding a little more mineral water or juicy fruits (tangerines, oranges), or, conversely, pour in a little more cognac. Do not forget to cool both wine and mineral water in the refrigerator, and also make ice in advance!
Use seasonal fruits, if they are not juicy, then additionally buy a few packs of orange juice. If desired, use spicy spices: cinnamon, vanilla, star anise, etc. Sugar can be replaced with honey or stevia syrup. Since sangria with fruits is a drink from Spain, it is customary to drink it in the summer heat. But in winter, in a warm company, it is the right place for it!

1. Wash one apple and pear in water, cut into quarters and remove the seeds, cut into slices and pour the slices into a jug. You can also make the drink in a saucepan.
2. Peel the citrus fruits, carefully removing the white fibers - they are bitter! Place the separated slices in a container and lightly press with a press for boiled potatoes so that they release the juice.
3. Add ice, cinnamon and star anise.
4. Wash the plums and remove the seeds from them, wash the second apple and cut it into slices. Add everything to the container along with the washed mint leaves.
5. In a separate container, mix the wine with cognac, mineral water and sugar. Pour into the jug with the fruit and stir lightly. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that the fruit gives the drink its taste and aroma. 6. Then serve the fruit sangria. Enjoy!
