But not so long ago I tried this product and now garlic shoots are a frequent guest on our table.

In addition to the taste of shoots, their advantages are their useful properties and a large number of cooking recipes. Today I suggest trying a spicy paste of garlic shoots with mayonnaise. Men will really like this snack as a spicy addition to many first, meat and fish dishes. And women will like the simplicity of its preparation.

Ингредиенты

Garlic shoots - 450 g

Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

1. For this recipe, take young shoots. Collect them before they start to bloom, curl, or turn yellow. You can use homemade mayonnaise. Add salt, black pepper, and other spices to your taste.

2. Rinse the shoots thoroughly under cold running water. Break off the soft side, where the stem does not break, but simply bends.

3. Cut the shoots into smaller pieces for convenience.

4. Pass the shoots through a meat grinder or chop in a food processor.

5. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.

6. Mix the paste and put it into jars with lids. Put it in the refrigerator or serve immediately.

7. Serve the paste of garlic shoots with mayonnaise with bread or as a sauce for meat and fish dishes. Enjoy!
