Boiled carrots - 50 g
Onions - 35 g
Boiled chicken egg - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 10 g

1. Peel and cut the pre-cooked carrots into medium pieces, put them in a blender bowl. Add chopped boiled eggs and pieces of lightly salted herring (skinless and boneless).
2. Dice the onion and fry in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes with vegetable oil. Fry until translucent and lightly golden. Use very little oil so that the onion does not turn out too greasy. As a last resort, to remove excess fat, you can put the fried onion on a paper towel.
3. Put the fried and cooled onion and pieces of processed cheese in a blender bowl.
4. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Forshmak with processed cheese and carrots is ready.
