Round rice - 100 g
Water - 150 ml
Milk - 400 ml
Butter - 30 g
Salt - 1/3 tsp

1. We put the peeled and chopped pumpkin in a saucepan, fill it with water and set it to boil.
2. After the water in the saucepan comes to a boil, continue to cook the pumpkin on low heat for 10 minutes.
3. Then add milk, pour in salt and sugar. Mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
4. For the porridge, we will take regular round rice. We rinse it thoroughly until the water is clear and pour it into the saucepan where the pumpkin and milk are simmering. At this stage, there is no need to mix the ingredients. Continue to cook the porridge for 20 minutes, still checking that it does not start to burn.
5. 5 minutes before it is ready, add vanilla and cinnamon. And our pumpkin porridge with milk is ready. If the porridge is too thick, you can dilute it with milk or boiled water to the desired consistency and bring to a boil.
6. If desired, add raisins, dried apricots, prunes, any seeds and nuts to the porridge. But even without them, the porridge is very tasty and aromatic. Enjoy your meal!
