I really love bean salads with ham and make them from a variety of combinations of additional products and with different dressings. Today's salad with beans, ham and cheese is very, very filling, from the category of "eat too much and not get up". Because, in my opinion, beans that are not green, but white or red, are a product after which you do not want to eat for a long time; and with them there is also ham, so what we get is not a salad, but a meat dish with a side dish; and also a fatty, tasty sauce made of sour cream, and with tomato paste and garlic... In short, I ate a salad for lunch, but I am still not interested in dinner... What am I talking about? I am talking about the fact that this salad, despite the fact that it is a salad, is not at all dietary, unless you are on an anti-anorexic diet. It is a full meal.
But it is made very, very quickly. In about five minutes.
Salad with beans, ham and cheese

Canned red beans - 225 g
Boiled ham - 200 g
Bell pepper - 1 pc.
Cheese - 25 g
Sour cream - 100 g
Garlic - 1 clove

1. First of all, mix the sauce from sour cream, tomato paste and garlic (you can use a press or a fine grater).
2. Another minute - cut the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut it into cubes.
3. Another minute - cut the ham into cubes.
4. Another minute - drain the water from the beans, combine all the ingredients (except the cheese), salt, pepper, mix.
5. Well, and grate the cheese on a fine grater. So light and airy on top. You don't need a lot of cheese, you and the others will happily overeat!
6. Solely for the sake of showing what I have under the grated cheese, I left a couple of pieces of ham, paprika and beans. This also turns out decorative, although, of course, it does not affect the taste! The salad with beans, ham and cheese is ready for tasting.
