A very tasty, aromatic soup with buckwheat and pork belly. Unlike traditional soups, this soup is cooked in water with the subsequent addition of fried meat, and not in a ready-made broth.

Ground paprika added to the frying gives the soup a beautiful color. This soup is good for lunch in the cold season, hot.

Pork (brisket) - 50 g

Potatoes - 2 pcs.

Buckwheat - 2 tbsp.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Onions - 0.5 pcs.

Sweet paprika (ground) - 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.

Salt - to taste

1. Take the main ingredients for making buckwheat soup with pork from the list above.

2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and pour water into a saucepan (500 ml per serving) and bring to a boil.

3. Add the washed buckwheat and cook over low heat under a lid.

4. Cut the pork into slices and fry in a frying pan greased with oil.

5. Add chopped onions, carrots and bell peppers to the meat. Sprinkle with paprika and fry until lightly browned.

6. When the cereal and potatoes are almost ready, put the fried vegetables into the soup. Add salt to taste and cook the soup until done.

7. It is better to serve the buckwheat soup with pork hot, sprinkled with herbs.
