Broth (vegetable or meat) – 3 l

Potatoes – 400 grams

Buckwheat – 200 grams

Carrots - 1 pc.

Onions – 1 pc.

Sunflower oil – 25 grams

Parsley – 3 sprigs

Ground black pepper – to taste

Bay leaf – 2 pcs.

1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the "frying" program for 8 minutes. Fry the onion for about five minutes.

2. Add grated carrots. Stir. Fry in the same mode for 3 minutes.

3. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Rinse the buckwheat thoroughly. Add the products to the fried vegetables.

4. Pour in the broth, which you can adjust. If you want to make a thick soup, then take less liquid or vice versa. Season with salt, ground pepper, bay leaf. Close the lid of the multicooker tightly. Start the "soup" program for 12 minutes. In a multicooker without a pressure cooker function, the cooking process is lengthened.

5. After the beep, release the steam and open the lid. The buckwheat soup in the multicooker is ready. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
