Not only the filling, but also the crumble (topping) can have different compositions of ingredients. You can make crumble from butter, flour and sugar, or you can use oatmeal, with the addition of spices and nuts.
Whatever recipe for making crumble you use, you will still get a very tasty, aromatic and juicy dessert with a crispy crust. I suggest making not only a tasty, but also a healthy dessert - crumble with oatmeal. For the filling, I took plums and apples, you can take fruits or berries to your taste.

Plum - 450 g
Apple - 300 g
Brown sugar - 1-2 tbsp
Crumbs:
Oatmeal - 200 g
Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
Honey - 100 g
Walnuts - 60 g

1. Remove the pits from the plums and cut into small pieces. Cut out the core from the apples and cut into small pieces.
2. Grease a heat-resistant form with butter, put the chopped fruit on top, sprinkle with brown sugar.
3. In a bowl, combine the dried and chopped walnuts, oatmeal, vegetable oil and honey. Mix. You will get a sticky mass.
4. Evenly spread the resulting mass on the fruit.
5. Bake the crumble in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven).
6. Juicy and delicious crumble with oatmeal is ready. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
