Fermented milk drink "Daure"

One of the simplest recipes in Aramaic cuisine is the preparation of a fermented milk drink called Daureh.

Daure is low in calories, so it is very effective for weight loss, improves digestion, normalizes bowel function. It goes well with meat products or unsweetened pastries, and it can also be simply used as a cool drink in the summer heat.

To prepare daure, we need a minimum of products: natural yogurt - this can be store-bought or homemade, water and salt.

Natural yogurt - 100-150 ml;

Mineral water without gas;

Рецепт

1. Fill a glass with yogurt - ½ cup or 2/3 - it all depends on your tastes, what thickness you prefer.

2. Add still mineral water and salt.

3. Stir.

4. Daure is ready. It is recommended to prepare it immediately before use, as the water settles from the yogurt.
