Ингредиенты

Kefir - 1 cup

Eggs - 2 pcs

Flour - 1.5 cups

Sea or river fish - 1 pc

Onion - 1 head

Fresh herbs - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Soda - 0.5 tsp

Salt - 1 pinch

Fish spices - to taste

1. For my version, I took river fish that my relatives, the fishermen, had already gutted and cleaned. All that was left was to bake it in the oven with spices.

2. The river fish was baked at 200 degrees in the oven for about half an hour.

3. Then you need to take the fish apart into small pieces and remove all the bones. Add raw or fried onions to the fish filling.

4. Whip the dough from flour with soda and salt, kefir, eggs and vegetable oil and pour half of it into the mold.

5. Evenly spread the fish filling, sprinkle it with chopped herbs (dill or parsley).

6. Pour the second part of the dough onto the filling.

7. Place the mold in the oven and bake at 200 degrees until done.

8. The jellied fish pie is ready.
