Sour cream (15%) - 100 g
Egg - 3 pcs.
Salt - to taste
Soda - 0.5 tsp
Filling:
Saury (natural, without added oil) - 2 cans of 250 g
Rice (boiled) - 150 g
Onions - 150 g
Vegetable oil - for fryingFlour - 250 g

1. I start by preparing the filling. Finely chop the onion and fry it over medium heat in a small amount of vegetable oil.
2. Drain the liquid from the canned fish and break the fish into pieces.
3. Add the onion and rice, stir. The filling is ready.
4. Now I prepare the dough. I add kefir, sour cream, salt and soda to the eggs, stir.
5. I add the sifted flour, stir with a mixer until smooth.
6. I cover the form with parchment, pour in 1/2 of the dough. Then I spread the filling in an even layer and pour in the remaining dough. I place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes, check for a dry skewer.
