In a few minutes you can prepare a tasty and healthy salad. Choose seaweed for the salad without additives, and canned tuna only in its own juice. Quail eggs can be replaced with chicken eggs, cutting them not into two, but into four parts.
Seaweed salad with canned tuna and quail eggs

Seaweed - 150 grams;
Quail eggs - 8 pieces;
Canned tuna - 1 can;
Cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces;
Lemon juice - 1 tsp;
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

1. Boil the eggs hard, cool in cold water, peel and cut in half.
2. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into four pieces.
3. Drain the juice from the canned fish, divide the tuna into small pieces and remove the bones.
4. Drain the liquid from the seaweed. Combine the seaweed, canned fish and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Season with lemon juice and vegetable oil. Mix carefully.
5. Place the salad on a plate. Place the quail egg halves on top of the salad.
6. Garnish the salad with lemon slices and serve immediately.
