This salad with mussels and squid can be either with avocado pieces or dressed with some kind of avocado sauce, there are several on the site. The type of use of avocado depends on how soft the fruit is... In addition to a mixture of olive oil and grainy mustard, the salad can be dressed with just mayonnaise (classic or light). I wanted an avocado dressing, but the fruit turned out to be hard and went into the main ingredients. And it's very tasty!

Prepare the ingredients according to the list for the recipe. Mussels are usually sold boiled frozen, squid is more convenient for cooking and saving time - already in the form of fillets.

Mussels - 1 handful Egg - 1 pc.

Avocado - 0.5 pcs.

4. Combine the pieces of avocado, squid and whole mussels in a salad bowl or bowl.

5. For the dressing, combine and whisk the olive oil with the grainy mustard, for example, just with a fork.

6. To serve, place the salad in a portioned salad bowl, place the egg slices on top and pour the dressing over it.

7. The light but filling salad with mussels and squid is ready.
