Green radish in Korean

Green peeled radish - 330 g
Onion - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Coriander - 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper - 0.2 tsp
Hot red pepper - 2 pinches
Smoked paprika - 1 tsp
Garlic - 7 cloves
Cuminous - 0.5 tsp
Vinegar 70% - 1 tsp (or 8 tsp 9% vinegar)

1. Wash the radish thoroughly, peel the garlic and onion.
2. Peel the radish and grate it. The radish will look better in the salad if you grate it into thin strips on a Korean salad grater.
3. Transfer the grated radish to a deep salad bowl, add salt, and mix with your hands. Leave the radish for 15-20 minutes to allow it to release juice.
4. Drain the resulting juice and squeeze the juice out of the radish with your hands. Sprinkle the radish with ground black pepper, smoked paprika, red hot pepper, and crushed coriander seeds. Press the garlic and add to the radish. Add vinegar.
5. Mix the radish with the spices thoroughly.
6. Cut the onion into thin feathers.
7. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until lightly golden. Sprinkle the onion with a pinch of sugar while frying.
8. Add the onion to the salad bowl with the radish.
9. Mix the radish with the onion, taste for salt, add if necessary. Leave the salad in the refrigerator for a few hours to infuse.
10. Before serving, sprinkle the green Korean radish with fresh herbs.
