1. First, bake the sweet pepper in the oven until the sides are burnt.
2. Wrap it in a bag for 10-15 minutes so that it is easy to peel it.
3. Now peel it and remove the seeds.
4. Grate the pickled cucumbers on a Korean salad grater, cut the pepper into strips, and the onion into half rings. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, and add the marinated pike. It must be prepared in advance.
5. Mash the coriander and allspice into large crumbs and add these spices to the salad. Also add hot pepper, squeeze out the garlic, pour in vinegar and vegetable oil.
6. Mix, add salt and a pinch of sugar if desired. The "Visit to Seoul" salad is ready. You can let it sit in the refrigerator, or you can eat it right away.
